Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee or tea. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, we are here to help.

Return Process

    Email our team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and photos of any damage.

    Verification

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

    Ship Items

    For non-perishable hardware or unopened items, ship the product back using the provided prepaid label.

    Refund Processing

    Once received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement within 5 business days.
